When contacting a booking agent at Pretty Polly Productions, it's good to have an idea of what genre/style artist you are looking for, what type of event you are planning and your budget.  Most schools have meetings prior to contacting a booking agent to decide on these items.  We work with your ideas and your budget... from start to finish. 

Having trouble deciding on an artist?  Talk to an agent!  We can find similar sounding artists, make recommendations and work with any budget.  

Once you've decided on an artist, a date and a price, you will submit a "bid" or "offer" on that artist for that date for that price.  Pretty Polly Productions will draw up the offer and submit to the artist.  An offer is either accepted, declined or renegotiated by the artist.  Pretty Polly Productions will work with you and the artist through this process. 

When an offer is accepted, the show planning begins.  Pretty Polly Productions will help you through contract negotiation and show production.  We are a FULL SERVICE concert production company - which means we can help produce any and all aspects of your event - including but not limited to: 

      Staging   Seating   Catering  Transportation  Sound   Stage Crew   Vendors   Artist Lodging  Lights  

      Production Staff, Security, ANYTHING...
